Linen Rental in Historic New Orleans

New Orleans’ vibrant restaurant and event scene requires accessible, high-quality textile services. Leontine Linens serves the city’s hospitality businesses with linen rental—providing delivered textiles, managing all washing and sanitization, and replacing worn pieces on an ongoing basis. For event planners, caterers, and fine-dining establishments, renting linens often costs less than purchasing bulk inventory and maintaining in-house laundry operations.

Building a Linen Rental Partnership

Before engaging Leontine Linens, establish baseline needs: How many complete sets of linens do you require to maintain daily service between delivery cycles? What fabric types do you prefer—standard cotton blends or specialty materials? Discuss fabric-care specifics: some linens require delicate handling, and you’ll want confirmation the provider uses appropriate washing protocols. Clarify damage liability: natural wear and fading should be absorbed by the rental company, but intentional abuse or accidental staining might fall on the customer. Ask about price adjustments if you need temporary increases during high-season events or reductions during slow periods. Find out their process for swapping in special-occasion linens like holiday or monogrammed cloths, and whether those incur premium fees.
