Caterers, banquet halls, venues, and country clubs run on event linen — big volumes, tight turnarounds, and a calendar that swings. Rental programs handle the spikes so you don’t warehouse a ballroom’s worth of tablecloths.

What event programs include

• Banquet tablecloths and skirting in standard sizes and colors
• Napkins at volume, pressed and banded
• Chair covers and specialty pieces through select providers
• Delivery timed to your event calendar — order up for a big weekend, scale back after

One-off event vs. recurring program

Party-rental shops serve one-off private events. If you host events as a business — weekly banquets, wedding season, conference bookings — a commercial linen program prices dramatically better and never leaves you short on a Saturday.
